Explaining the buying process, just imagine you view a house you did not like at all, even if I am the best Sales Person in the World, is there anything I could do or say to make you buy this house anyway? Are all real estate fees and commissions subject to HST?
You need to understand that Real Estate Agents and REALTORS
® are not doing anything wrong by charging you 5 or 6% Commission. It is not against the law in this country to charge lots of money for your services!
