These are our mid range low priced packages called the Standard Services Packages ideal for residential Private Sellers looking for more Features than what is included in the Basic Packages such as up to 10 extra pictures, up to 80 total listing remarks wording property description, perhaps a lock box for RELATORS® showings or some advertisements in the real estate paper, standard packages for Sellers who don't need much coaching advices, who want to be involved and be in control of the selling process and who are looking for an economical low priced MLS® Mere Posting Listing Services on the Local MLS® System and MLS.ca/REALTOR.ca, advertising of their property with no other services included other than those mentioned as part of the services packages described below:

Free listing cancellation at anytime during the currency of the listing agreement included with all the above packages provided the cancellation Form was signed in advance, otherwise the cost of a cancellation is $100.00 payable by the seller while coming to the office to sign it. You are never tied up into an agreement you no longer want when dealing with HomeLife Unlimited. When and where applicable the cancellation takes in effect once the seller brings back all the HomeLife signs in his possession. The Seller agrees to bring back all applicable signs in good shape on expiry otherwise the agreement will state that the Seller will pay $100.00 service charge for John to go get them back or $100.00 for damaged signs due to negligence by the Seller. Extra $100.00 for loss or damaged lock box.
You only pay for the services you want and need. All Real Estate Fees or Commissions are subject to HST by law in Ontario!
Note $1.00 to the selling brokerage on the MLS® System is included in all the above listing packages. The seller can offer more at his own absolute discretion. The above mentioned flat fees with HomeLife's signs are available to the Quinte area properties, if you are located outside the Quinte area and require the Brokerage signs please call to verify the cost. Only residential vacant lots and residential single family properties qualify for the above package. For rental, commercial and industrial properties please call for requirements, qualifications and quotes.
You can add a Link to your personal private sale listing you have advertised on KIJIJI to our Feature Sheet posted on all your MLS® Systems & MLS/REALTOR.ca listings via see the REALTOR® Site this would be under the Virtual Tour Link for an extra $50.00.
